In this example our RDM-480 process reviled that the current procedures of taking a sales order took to long and that over time the company had created a lot of inefficacies.

As we looked at their processes and determined the best wayto integrate Information, Process and People we developed a new set of procedures that simplified sales order process, provided better information to sales and cut by ½ the time it took to get an order out the door.

ECCi, over 30 years has developed a set of processes that ensures the integration of Information, Processes and People all within a repeatable framework that ensures successful on-time and on- budget projects.
